This is a mildly & long comprehensive review of Nima Hiddadi and his firm the H&M Law Firm. Let me just say what we're all thinking, which is I was skeptical at first when reading Nima Hiddadi's reviews on Yelp. 1st: How could he have so many good reviews? I did my research to see if it is possible to delete unsavory reviews, answer only if someone is vulgar and disrespectful beyond the limit. Tbh I don't even take those reviews w/ a grain of sand. 2nd: Ok next I wanted to see if he was posing his own shining reviews, I have no way of proving for 100% he wasn't, and lets be real, if you had a business you'd throw a few up there too. But I was able to actually get in contact w/ some Yelpers who had only reviewed him and they were legit clients who were pleasantly surprised w/ their outcomes. (Ohh this will be my first review btw, I've been planning on starting but this experience has lit the fire under my butt & inspired me to start.) 3rd: Ok, lastly I was amazed at the competitiveness of his price, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." So of course after meeting Nima, I went around to 4 other law offices to meet w/ their representatives. They all had the same info but different strategies. Some were clever, boarding sneaky, in which I called Nima and ask he why he wasn't play that game for me. I was rhetorically asked, "do you think these judges haven't seen this before?" it was nothing new & as soon as they saw the tricky, the trust for that lawyer, the person representing your pure intentions, is lost & the case becomes more difficult. I diverge, after research of H&M Group's history I found their prices used to be much higher, but since they automation of communication via their interactive website() they have been able to same enough overhead to lower their prices. Being an engineer, that makes perfect sense to me. Ok great we've scrutinized his morals and intentions in this ONE review (I recommend you read as many as you can to get the best feel) and everything seems to be in order, but how will he be as your lawyer? Honest, gentle and I'd say 90% knows what he's doing compared to others I've spoken w/ (& let's be honest I prefer to be a tough critic) Of course he will be busy and can't answer all your question's that very minute, but it was my experience that he got back to me as quickly as he could, even during the holidays. His team is extremely understanding and they seem to remember me whenever I called. The website is an innovative tool that allows you to track your progress and for any member of his team to get back to you quickly. Personally I'm glad I chose his firm and appreciate Mr. Haddadi's(he prefers Nima lol) sincerity in winning my case. I know you may be going thru rough times, but just remember not to take it out on anyone around you, 'specially those trying to help. This experience is an opportunity to make great strides in character growth, take advantage of it and you will see there are no regrets in life. I didn't know what to do after getting my DUI. I did a quick search on Yelp and decided to go with H&M and I'm glad I did. I first didn't have the full amount to pay the attorney fees but H&M had a flexible payment plan, 1 payment each month for 4 months, (thank god). I had a hard time understand legal literature, no problem. The team at H&M dealt with all dmv and court paperwork, court appearances, and got me a temporary license asap. I was very busy working lots of overtime when I got my DUI. Communication with H&M was a breeze. They have an online platform where you can send them messages and ask questions whenever you like. It was also easy to send them court documents online via their platform by taking pictures of them on my cellphone! I didn't have to fax them anything, or even meet with them in person(I am pretty sure you could but I preferred the online platform, infact I only met Nima twice for the required court appearances. Couple of my charges were dropped, resisting arrest and speeding. I opted to sit in jail for 6 days but there is a work program where you can still go to work while serving jail time. I only opted for jail time because I was broke and my original fine of $5500 went to $0 for 6 days in jail and some unavoidable misc. fees i.e dna test, booking, etc. Don't want to be in jail no problem, there are other options like house arrest. After your final court date the staff at H&M will still work with you to answer questions and give directions on all DUI aftermath related issues such as drivers license, AA classes, court related. I know every case is different, but through my experience I believe Nima and the staff at H&M will get you the very best results legally possible, lol. Thank you Nima and the staff that helped me. Everything was going great in my life, I had just gotten my acceptance letter to my master's program and I was out celebrating with my friends.. As I was driving home, the police pulled me over, I did their tests and blew into the breathalyzer, I got a .13 and the officer arrested me. I begged him to give me a break, I even showed him my acceptance letter but he didn't even want to listen to me. Everything I said was in one ear and out the other. My friends were begging him to let me go, but he just told them to stay quiet or they would get arrested also. I never thought that this could happen to me, it was my worst nightmare, I don't even drink and drive, this was a special occasion, just this one time. That night in jail was the worst night of my life, being behind bars, and all of your liberty taken away, there is nothing like it. While I was inside I talked to a girl that had gotten a DUI a few years prior and she told me to call the H&M Law Firm when I get out. The police officer actually let me make a call and I actually called H&M from jail, they told me that I would be released without bail and to not waste my money. Three hours later I was out, and signed a retainer agreement with the firm. To be honest, it did not even seem like that I had a DUI or a criminal case, everything was handled for me. I actually went to court for the first court date just to see my attorney in action, and Dorsay did a great job. I talked to her after the court date. I ended up getting my case reduced to a wet reckless. On top of that they wrote a letter to my school and helped me work out everything. I am very happy I made the choice to hire the H&M Law firm. Amazing, simply amazing. I'm not going to go into my story about what happened. It's embarrassing and I really don't want to regret writing a review for people who truly earned it. The H&M Law Firm came through in my time of need, they came through in my time of despair and hopelessness. I was a waddling persona of doom and gloom and I hit the H&M like a moth to an LED on steroids. It wasn't the fact that they had great reviews, an amazing website or all the press stuff they have. It was the time they spent just listening. You would be surprised how many attorneys will interrupt you to start talking about pricing, promising dismissal and that rainbows will start to appear after your court date. Most likely my case is a carbon copy of a million other cases these lawyers have done. The attorney that will treat you with the respect you deserve, listen to everything and then start to give his recommendations is the one I decided to hire. I think I made a great choice, Nima was able to turn my DUI into a wet reckless. He thinks we could have done better, but I urged him to take the wet reckless. I didn't want to have to deal with the system anymore, I didn't want to have to appear another time. My job and my career is safe with a wet reckless, and he wanted better for me. Most attorneys would have taken the wet and ran, not Nima. If you are looking for a lawyer who do their absolute best, I'd hire Nima. He's young and wants to make a name for himself, he's doing a very good job at it too. read more

Attorneys are not nice people, for the most part. I work at a Tax Law Firm as a paralegal. They are snooty, arrogant and believe that they gift's to this planet. They usually won't even let you speak because whatever I might have to say is not worth hearing because of how uneducated I am. Any opinion or insight I might have to offer has always been rendered as useless. I know I am not alone in my personal opinion. When I was arrested for a DUI, I knew that I was going to have to get an Attorney. Anyone else who thinks otherwise is either broke, or really doesn't understand how our court system works. Think of our court system as a conveyor belt for screwing people over, and intimidating them into pleading guilty weather or not they committed the crime. I don't know why but H&M Stuck out to me, so I called them. Immediately I was on the phone with a lawyer, and they were so nice. He was even a former prosecutor, gone defensive. I can't tell you how happy I was on that phone call, the employee's at his firm have no idea how lucky they are. The results I got in the end matched up as well, just splendid. I blew a 0.12 and Nima was able to get me a wet wreckless. I know I probably have a little more experience in dealing with lawyers, so allow me to break it down for you once more. If a lawyer were to get a DUI, they would look for someone like Nima. Nima is a lawyer's lawyer. If you want that too, pray you can afford him. read more

I can tell you that this is the best DUI attorney in Los Angeles. I don't care what anyone else says and I don't care what the reviews say if you want an honest opinion from an honest client, listen to me. From the beginning till the end I never felt like my case was not a priority to them. This criminal law Firm is very organized and on top of everything unlike some others I've dealt with in the past. The weirdest part was that they kept trying to get a hold of me and it wasn't the other way around. I never had the feeling that I was being avoided like with some of the past law firms that I've hired before . Besides the fact that this Law Firm was amazing I loved how they made a payment plan with me where they would take the money out automatically and I never had to worry about anything as long as I had the money in my account. I didn't even have to be in court most of the time only when it really counted. That's how it should be I'm not paying my law firm to be in court and stress out. I pay them to take care of it for me and not only did they take care of it for me but they got my case dismissed. I have never been arrested or had any dealings with the law. For reasons that I do not feel comfortable about discussing I ended up hiring the H&M Law Firm to handle my case. Even though this was one of the darkest times in my life, my attorney Dorsay was the shining light. I never had to go to court, I would just get updates every time there was a court date. One of the best parts about hiring this law firm is the accessibility of the staff and the attorneys. Since you are reading this you probably are sharing some of the concerns that I had when I was looking for my attorney, let me tell you being able to pick up the phone and get in touch with your attorney when you are having panic attacks and freaking out is beyond invaluable. I can not tell you how many times I was reassured that everything will work out and all scenarios and outcomes were laid out for me. Not only was Dorsay my attorney but she was also my therapist. My case was reduced, and I ended up having to just do community service. Later I ended up having to go to an AA class and once I heard the other experience of other people with their attorneys I became 100x more appreciative of the fact of how blessed I was to have Dorsay be my attorney. I was recently arrested, and when I was released, I ran into a bail bond tshirt person. Coincidence? I don't think so but I went inside to speak with a bail bondsman and it turned out I didn't need the bond, I just needed an Attorney. In fact I was pretty sure that I needed the TOP dui attorney. They weren't unable to refer me to anyone, as it's against the law. There was an attorney across the street, but before I walked in, I checked their yelp reviews and was terrified of going inside. That's when I came across H&M and gave them a call. They were so wonderful, they came to meet me at the courthouse. We went over everything time and time again. I felt bad asking so many questions, but I couldn't help myself. I wanted to know every possible scenario in that could happen. Nima, the lawyer I met with, was patient. He answered everything and even talked to me about other things unrelated to the case. He is very kind, personable and is very intelligent. He wasn't able to get my case dismissed, which is what he told me from the beginning. He did tell me that I might be able to get the case reduced to a wet reckless, which is exactly what happened. Let me start off by saying, I am in my last year of grad school and I have never even had as much as a parking ticket EVER. So when I got arrested for a DUI... I was scared of of my mind and ashamed!!!! However, now that I have gone through it, I can say that I have learned 1. Don't even have 1 drink and drive, 2. Some of the people in your class will have legit drinking problems, but 3. Most people who get DUIs are just like me (one bad judgement call!)! H&M Law Firm represented me on my DUI case. I have nothing but good things to say about this law firm. They helped pick me up when I was in the pits and they got my life back on track. My grad school was not effected. They wrote an addendum to our Dean. I got my license back. And my record in in the last stage of being completely sealed. Just wanted to thank Nima, Dorsay and Luis for all their hard work. They had the pleasure of putting up with me and my crazy case. They never made me feel I was a burden, they never made me feel like I was not important or worth their time. They usually responded to my calls within the hour, if they weren't available right away. They took care of all my DMV problems and talked me through everything. They got my license back and they got my case reduced to a few volunteering hours and AA classes. I actually like going to AA. It's pretty interesting to hear the stories, I also found that that I got a much better deal than 99% of the people in there. Most of the people in AA had a public defender, and got worked over. I know I paid extra for a lawyer, but I can't tell you how much it was worth it. I can't imagine having anything on my record, it would be devastating. My work would probably find a reason to fire me once they found out, I don't know if you can actually be fired for getting a DUI. My fiancée would not be too thrilled, it's not a good look for me. Getting a DUI is embarrassing, and emotionally draining. I have been smoking marijuana for 2+ years legally, as I have a prescription from an MD because of my personal medical issues. The police officer who arrested me not only made me feel like a criminal, but a drug addict. He was the most insensitive human being I have ever met. I knew that I wasn't going to let his pig get the best of me. I was going to fight it, fight him, the douchebag cop. This became so personal so fast, it made my head spin. I went and got the best lawyer I could find, to prove a serious point. If you have a license to smoke weed, you can smoke weed no matter where you are. Nima took my case, and told me that he was excited to face the district attorney's office, once he said that, I knew I found my huckleberry. Once the court proceedings took place, it was pretty clear that my case was going to be dismissed. I had Nima go the extra mile, and bring the police officer to a special hearing, to prove that he had no reason to stop me in the first place. The whole thing was awesome. I remember begging to the higher powers that I wouldn't get pulled over after having a few drinks. I saw the cop, made eye contact, and I saw him make the U-Turn. I can't tell you how tempted I was to lead them on a wild goose chase. I chickened out, pulled over, and basically admitted that I had been drinking, whilst slurring my way to the backseat. I had never gotten into any type of trouble before. This was my first brush with the law end let me just say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I knew I needed to find the best DUI attorney. I was on a mission to go through every contact that I had and through social media. Time and time again I found myself reading about H&M. After going into their office and meeting with Luis, I signed up and let them handle my case. Everything went very well and my case was reduced significantly. I was hesitant because before our last court date we got an offer and Nima told me we can do better what I was very hesitant. I thought about it for about 2 days then I called Nima and told him that I am more than happy with the deal. He spent about an hour on the phone with me and I finally agreed to push one last time. These guys are great. I had an amazing experience after about 3 months of shaking in my space boots. Nima, the former prosecutor, was able to work his magic on my case. We were always in constant contact and he was always updating me about things they were doing. They were able to win my DMV hearing which I'm pretty sure never happens. They also did a motion to suppress hearing and the judge agreed with Nima, so they threw everything out. He never even brought up that my case might be thrown out when we first spoke. He just promised that he would get the best possible results based on all the facts. He trusted them and they trusted me. I couldn't say the same thing about the other lawyers I spoke with.
