I expressed my discontent and they brought me back in to tone the colour, but it really did little to change the colour and I had to live with a very expensive awful colour that I did not ask for, and did not suit me at all for several months until I could afford to go back to my city salon like a dog with a tail between their legs to get the colour corrected properly.
