I came out with a totally different haircut which I absolutely hate. I would never go back here again-not even for a blow-dry after this experience. There is nothing worse than a hairdresser that does not listen to what you want and instead does their own thing. I thought it would be safe enough to go here for a trim. Obviously not. I will be returning to my normal hairdresser to try and get the mess which the spot created resolved. Additionally when I asked the hairdresser why she have gone crazy with my hair she really didn't have anything to say for herself. Worst haircut of my life.

With dinner reservations at 8:30, I had to leave at 7:55 when they had to take me in. What a waste; I will not be giving them another chance.
