We called Tyler and he was super accommodating! He bumped up her appointment by a few days AND was able to get me in too. He is so much fun, easy to talk to, and oh so talented. I was unsure about having someone do my hair because I always go with fun colors and my mom has pretty easy hair to maintain as she keeps her natural color, but I am so glad I took her advice. Tyler took his time and clearly really cares about his clients. The salon itself has a fun environment in a reconverted house type building in beautiful downtown Westminster. Also Kasey once offered to fix something I didn't like for free, so I guarantee you will always leave there happy. Mandi does a wonderful job on styles as well. All these ladies have skills! Also got a manicure by Ashley, and it was just adorable with multiple accent nails and custom designs. I messed it up by mistake and she fixed it without complaint. She even told me what to do at home to upkeep it and keep it lasting longer. Regrettably, that I have not tried getting a massage here, but I really want one soon.

The facility is in a building that appears to have been a house at one time, but it was cozy. I had to go upstairs for my haircut. For those that may have problems with stairs, they may have rooms downstairs on the main floor. My simple man's haircut was $30 alone. Gratuity is typically 20% so by the time I got a simple haircut it cost me $36. Gratuity must be paid in cash or Venmo. You may use credit cards for the actual service. After further review of my haircut, I noticed that I had a "shelf" where it should've been tapered smoothly. I was able to fix it myself at home. I have been to a smaller barber shop in the area that cost with gratuity only $20. I will likely go back to that barber shop. I cannot attest to how well The Salon on Main performs female hairstyles.
