Put my basket in my cart and climbed stairs again to get my item. When I got back downstairs, someone had taken my basket out of my cart and taken my cart! what the hell. So now I had to finish my shopping with a basket that was too heavy for my 70 year old body. I made a complaint but nobody seemed to care.
