Depending on your needs the rooms can be for a single person needing privacy or a large group of 15. I was taken to the second location, Old Towne Road location. This location is much more modernized than the Penniman location but more smaller rooms. This location is a one level location and have a full kitchen access. Upon leaving I saw there was much more. It appeared to be built giving one a small town feel. There were multiple streets with different shops and eateries facing the streets with housing above them. The complex must have originally been expected to generate construction & multiple businesses around it. But at the time I visited the area around it was still relatively devoid of major construction. Since it's quite a distance from my house and the lack of quality in the brunch spot, I probably wouldn't return. But I enjoyed the exploration.
