We found the accommodations very comfortable, the host welcoming, prices reasonable, a very pleasant stay. At time of this writing (August 2012) the B&B only accepts Visa (not Mastercard) otherwise cash. Wi-Fi is presently available only in a limited area in the dining room near the office (the innkeeper has promised to add more access points soon). Definitely worth a stay if you are in the area. Amazing number of windmills (for power generation) in the area.

Very disappointed with this place. I stayed there with some friends for a ski trip in the Chic-Choc…read moreand although the price per night was good, the service was awful... When we got out of our cars, the manager didn't even bother greeting us. Instead he started listing all the rules in a rude way. Secondly, one night we had difficulty cleaning the dishes so we had to go over the limit of the closing of the kitchen by 15 minutes, therefore the manager came in swearing and telling us not to ever comeback to this place. Lastly, since we where skiing we had to dry our clothes by heating our rooms and without our permission the manager impolitely went inside our rooms to turn the heat off. Finally, as I said the place is alright but the service is awful. If you're a bunch of friends it can be tolerable but I would recommend families to look elsewhere. My friends and I are definitely going back in the Chic-Choc but we'll make sure to find a way better place for the same price.
