I have been with Allstate for 9 years. Never would I have thought that they would treat me the way they did. The business practices that they have are as follows: You don't have to give official authorization, if you say you will be moving, they will charge you regardless if you say no. After many claim-free years with Allstate, your assurance kept us with this overpromising insurance company. Now that we filed a claim of which my wife was t-boned while she was turning left on a green left arrow and the driver at fault admitted guilt of running a red light to the responding police officer and included in the officer's official police report, still Allstate lost the case at arbitration. And upon advise by our agent Dan Brown that we can file for customer satisfaction guaranty for premium refund, then again, Allstate denied the claim because we filed after 180 days. What the hec were you thinking Dan Brown? All your advise, even for the diminished value we cannot even recoup. You may be nice to us, your customers, but the company you represent is not nice and just money hungry. All those years that we were claim-free, Allstate kept raising their premiums both for home and auto. Time to burn bridges.
