We gave them an $800 downpayment and made three payments of $167.50 for three months. During that time, the carrier they worked with kept sending me emails telling me they were canceling my policy because I didn't send them pictures of fire extinguishers (on a house that wasn't built yet). I called to cancel the policy, and they said it would take 45 days! They finally sent me $200.00, stating the rest was non-refundable. DO NOT USE this company, they are scammers.
