I used to be a huge Harry Potter fan when I was a kid (way before JK let her interesting thoughts known). So just for nostalgia's sake, I did go into the Harry Potter shop at Heathrow airport. The shop has everything from candy and wands to actual robes and other clothing in each of the house colors. Everything there was out-of-this-world expensive, and we didn't have space in our luggage to buy anything too large. So I just grabbed a gold chocolate coin. I am not going to eat the coin as it's more of a souvenir, and hopefully that metal coin wrapper holds tight because I don't want it to get moldy inside and draw bugs LOL If you're still a Harry Potter fan (which I know many are, separating the art from the artist), then definitely make a stop here for everything Harry Potter themed, if you're passing through Heathrow and want to grab a souvenir! read more

**June Weekend Visit (Sunday) & July Weekday Visit (Wednesday): 2022** I visited this shop twice while I was in London since I took multiple flights in and around the UK. As such I bought a several items on each visit lol. This shop is located in Terminal 5 (International Terminal) and has a good assortment of items in each of the Hogwarts Houses. I've been to the original location at Kings Cross and this shop does a good job in carrying about 1/2 of that location's items. It's a good assortment if your trip didn't allow for a stop there. Unfortunately the discount at airport shops concluded when the pandemic hit so guests would be paying retail price, regardless, if you want to buy lots and lots of Butterbeer without having it take up space in your checkin/carryon - you can get a mini four pack for £12.95 (If you want the cool and protective Butterbeer package it's an additional £1). It won't count as extra weight in your luggage since you already passed the luggage drop off. Anyways if you need a little bit of magic before jetting off to your next destination this shop surely has something for everyone! read more

Fun shop for Harry Potter fans but always extremely crowded. Great picture opportunity at station 9 3/4 but there is always a large queue. Prices are high but Harry Potter children fans will love the merchandise. read more

What a fun place to pick up specialty items for your Harry Potter fans. They have everything in this little magical airport shop from Hogwarts house scarves and hats to magic wands. And wonderful stuffed owls and other Potter creatures. For 10 pounds you can even get a personalized lanyard. They carry an assortment of themed candies and other trinkets as well. The prices were very reasonable, especially for an airport store. The magic wands ran around 15 pounds which included a beautiful gift box. This is a perfect shop to pick up British inspired gifts and a little fun along the way. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. read more

Most us have seen, if not heard of Harry Potter and his adventures. It was quite the treat to visit this store located in T5 at Heathrow. I promise, I did not buy anything but I was tempted. From games, to clothing, to movie memorabilia, there was something in the store fromnthe smallest fan to the largest fan. This place is enchanting and staff are very friendly. Worth the visit. read more

It's such a pleasant surprise to find a Harry Potter store in Heathrow! My husband and I had more than 26 hours of traveling to do in order get back to Seattle from Barcelona. We were not in such good moods and fining this shop really lighted up our spirits. Although it's not very big store, the decorations and products were on point and very cute. I just loved walking into a display of fluffy Hedwigs in all sizes. Like the other stores in the airport, the Harry Potter store offers tax free prices as well. As a price conscious person, I believe the products here are actually cheaper than the goods in Universal Harry Potter world in LA. I don't know about you, but this is quite surprising to me! read more

If you regret not purchasing any wands at the Wizarding World, or have any children who are into Harry Potter, the items here have a sight discount (approx 15%) so it's less than the HP shops outside the airport. Of course you will pay more because it's Harry Potter but where else can you find the maurader's map replica? read more

OK this place was just too cool! maybe because I'm just a geek and read all the books, but it was fun to visit and recall all the little things in the movie. Not sure on pricing as I was running late when I found the place. Definitely a cool place to visit if you have time. read more

For the Harry Potter fans, this is the last location to grab everything before flying out. Sweaters, stuffed animals, wand, etc. There is also a British telephone booth outside the shop for tourist to take photos. read more

If you haven't already made your way to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, here is just a taste of what to expect at their souvenir stores. The shop went as far as decking the interiors with talking books to enhance your experience. Each side of the walls are decked with Harry Potter trademarked things from soft jumpers to adult sized capes. Already sorted into a house? Find your house by the colour coded walls and take something home!
