After I spoke to a young lady for a few minutes she asked if the individual I was calling for had any insurance or could possibly pay out of pocket for rehabilitation services. I informed her the individual was homeless and did not have any source of income. I then asked if it was possible she just gave me some information on a possible location that would accept someone with no source of income or money to pay for services. Once I stated that the young lady hung up in my face. I feel that was absolutely rude and all she had to say was unfortunately no Sir. So much for being in the line of helping people. Hopefully someone sees this review and finds out who that woman is because she definitely should be spoken to about the conversation she had with me today. All calls are monitored and recorded for what reason? If someone heard that conversation I had with her and is ok with her actions this establishment should be closed immediately.

She was admitted saturday morning and was discharged in the afternoon on Sunday. Visitation Rights: 2 times. Location/Parking: Located between Venice and Catesby Ln.. Paid parking can be found in their private parking structure, meter parking along Grand/surrounding streets, and/or the place we decided to park near the metro station next to LA Trade Tech which was free on Saturday. It was about 15 to 20 minute walk. Ambiance/Decor: Hospital is alright and relatively clean. They also have a outdoor patio to sit and enjoy some sunshine. Order Of Visitor Operations: 1) Walk in and get a visitor badge. They have face masks on the counter for you. 2) You can visit the gift shop or just take the elevator to where your love one/ones are. Service/Experience: Service was great. The nurses and doctors that were assigned to my mom provide great care and was thorough in explaining of the procedure that was going to be done on the following day. The nurses didn't struggle with operating the aspirator device compared to the other hospitals that she was transferred to before going to Diginity. Long story short, my mom had gastritis and was actually able to go home on the same day she had the EGD. Dignity Health For Thought: Overall, my mom's experience was good and the nurses and doctors were professional and thorough in their explanation of the procedure that was going to be done. Glad she able to go home on the same day.
