The bathroom has a bubble bathtub, marble floors and walls and a separate toilet, the room is spacious and with a victorian golden style with a window facing the river and the nice backyard. Breakfast is amazing, with lots of different fruits, tea, coffe and fresh orange juice and full english with all you need to not have lunch at all!!! They have been very kind with us, giving us options, advice and literally taking care of us. This stay was special, and the best thing was the price. We were stunned, didnt expect that much for the price we paid but oh well, what can you expect from a place that has been rated EXCELLENT by 120/130 people on Tripadvisor???? It had to be the right choice. It was simply perfect and we will always recommend you.

An upgrade to the free wireless meant that it was easy to get a good signal and the TV channels worked a dream. During my family members stay they were subjected to the following: The Landlady purposefully mis-gendering a resident by using the feminised version of their legal male name. Being told they were not disabled because they "didn't look disabled". People trying to break down doors because they forgot their code. Constant domestic disputes and a really heavy smell of weed being smoked in the rooms. Older men walking around in only their pants and noticeably excited. Same older man smearing literal excrement all over the toilet walls. To top it all off in moves someone in obvious psychosis who runs around the house waving an axe. When my family member and another resident called the police (about Mr Crazy Axeman) and reported the issue to their housing officers The Landlady kicked them out and gave them less than 24 hours to remove their property. So, if you're a crack using alky who likes to run round in your pants, with a hard-on wand waving an axe, this is the ideal place for you. If you're homeless and being placed here by the Council, remember not to make any complaints or she'll have you out on the street.
