I am very pleased with them, the wife does all of the hand art and is SO GOOD! Steady handed and is open and welcome to criticism- I love a nail tech that will wipe their work away to make it right knowing YOU, the customer, will be wearing it, you need to be proud and sassy feeling when you leave the salon, she knows that. Lol. She is quiet but will chit chat if you want it! Juan is the "questioner" he's the chatterbox of the marriage hahaha. QUALITY: Anywho, to the nitty gritty, the quality of the nails have always been above average for me, I've been coming for years, and I'd say about twice I've had nails I didn't fully appreciate, quality, bubbles, odd color, something of the sort, I call and they made it right FOR FREE. You just have to be kind. That's all. I was nothin' special and still had great service/re-do. The thickness/thinness is never an issues, the polish lasts, sometimes they chip 2-3 weeks in, but I wear my nails a Month at a time and extra long, so that is definitely a user error not a quality error. CLEANLINESS: Sanitation is well also, they have a sanitizing machine for the re-usable tools, and new files etc. for the non-reusable tools. They ask for you to rinse and sanitize half way through acrylics, with a nail scrub brush provided at the sink. WAXING: Waxing is comfortable, always warm, never too hot, the bench to lay is NICE. The wife does my waxing and she is consistently asking if I'm comfortable! "How's the temp" "is this okay" type of questions. She cares about your experience. ACCESSIBILITY: This place IS wheelchair/disabled accessible! There is 1 step up from the parking lot to the side walk but there is a wheelchair "ramp" at the corner of the sidewalk about 10ish feet from their front door. No steps inside the salon, bathroom is accessible, no tight corners. PAYMENT: Tuan has a few options aside from cash and card, Zelle and cashapp are the ones I use, tipping is optional, they never ask but it is always nice! I don't feel pressured by "signing the receipt" or "tap an option" ....the tricky way to ask for a tip. Never. The ONLY downside (why 4 stars out of 5), they prioritize walk ins. You can schedule an appointment for sure, but if someone walks in 15 min before your appointment, they will take the walk-in regardless of the service walk-in asked for. If you're looking for a wax, the wife, will pause the walk-in mani/acrylic to wax you, aside from that, you're waiting for an open spot. BUT THEY ARE QUICK! So you won't be waiting but about 20 min. Which is a long time to wait after scheduling an appointment, I agree, i suggest maybe showing up slightly early for your appointment. Thank you for reading, give them a chance, they're great people. Better than a LOT of the salons I've been to in Spokane, Spokane valley, liberty lake, and ESPECIALLY South hill.

I called the salon four days in a row, left voicemails, and even spoke to someone who promised I'd get a call back from an esthetician. I gave them my name and number and then they completely ghosted me. What frustrates me the most is not just the bad service, it's the fact that no one cared. No follow-up, no accountability, no refund. If Sweet Peach wants to call itself a professional beauty business, maybe they should start by hiring women who are actually skilled in the services they offer, not just people who couldn't pass a math class and thought being an esthetician would be "easy." I would never recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or their eyes.
