She's very skilled, super gentle with my hair, and just a genuinely kind person. I'm new to the area and feel really lucky to have found her. I stopped by the salon the day before just to ask about a consultation (I didn't see her, the receptionist just told me that Tera will do the consultation), and within 30 minutes, Tera called me and left a voicemail letting me know she had an opening the next day. I really appreciated how proactive she was. During the appointment, she took the time to explain how each treatment works and how to space them out so my hair stays healthy. She's not only great at what she does, but also really helpful and informative. Highly recommend booking with her. Please ask for Tera! :)
