She helps me stay focused and has really shown me ways to improve functioning with hand tremors, dropping things, etc. I don't have all of the names of every outstanding staff member (setting up appointments, checking in etc). Everyone is phenomenal. Thalia and Isabel made me feel completely at ease. I haven't been able to go for awhile due to some medication interactions. It's happened again. I was given a date and time to see my pain specialist for a knee injection. I…read morewas given this appointment 2 weeks before and I was anxious to have have the shot to relieve my extreme pain. When I got there the receptionist told me they never scheduled the appointment.. I had taken the day off from work and had my wife do the driving. Compounding that, I was supposed to have a phone conference the day before which never occurred. This isn't the first time Lehigh Valley Health Network did this. Their merger as to better health care management is a failure! To top it off, they told me the manager would call me to straighten this out. You guessed it, she never called-exactly as she did (didn't) do before. If you have an appointment with anyone from LVHN/Jefferson don't count on it! Be sure to call a day or two ahead to confirm as they are unable to control their schedules! They will always say it wasn't their fault!

What could improve? Everything. No call backs, no update on test results even after several phone…read morecalls. No answering service if you have an issue or if you're in the ER there's no way of getting ahold of them. And even though the hospital and myself contacted them the next day, they still didn't respond. I guess when the bill comes I'll pay them as quick as they returned my calls.

Upon having been admitted to the hospital via the ER, I spent 5 days in the hospital and this guy…read morenever came to see me, though he could have walked over from across the street. Such a cavalier and apathetic attitude about a patient. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I looked for another cardiologist after this experience with him. If your doctor doesn't care about your health care while you're hospitalized, when and where does he then give a hill of beans about one's health care?

One of the office staff, Jill, however was vindictive, unprofessional, and down right nasty after some confusion from a scheduling verification from an early morning phone call. After her threat to notify upper management, which I supported providing Jill supply all the circumstances, the staff ended all correspondence with this patient and I moved on to another area.

my father is a patient with this group for 40+ years. The doctors are great. The scheduling leaves…read morea lot to be desired. After visits the doctor instructs when you should be seen again. If it is more than a few months the staff always says they are able to schedule that yet and we'll call when we're able- they never do. in all the time ( since 2015) I've been managing his affairs they have never called to set up an appointment. When the time passes that he should have been seen I call and honestly every time the person I speak to will seem surprised and say somthing like "he is overdue". My response is "your office was supposed to call" they again always act surprised and say they should have called are you sure you didn't miss the call? the number they have is my cell phone So I check my call list and tell them no. They never offer an apology or try to rectify the problem. My father has significant heart issues and should be seen according to the dr recommendations. Before I took over managing his affairs I thought he was avoiding going to the dr or skipping appts but now I know it wasn't him it was the office.
