I had the terrible experience from with the front desk lady the checks be in to the clinic she works at 3420 Walbert. I called on the where I have my calls monitored and recorded. I was on the phone with the office when she told me I can arrive at 2:15pm and be seen with as long as it's within the grace period I arrive at 2:15pm on the nose. So I checked in with the receptionist and that when I had the most terrible experience. She was so rude to when I checked in, she was looking a me like she hated me and started to get smart saying oh we have in the computer at 2:08pm not 2:15pm and she was right here referring to the doctor. So I stated yes we were on the phone where I called, the lady on the other end of the phone, stayed on the phone Uber I booked my uber and her my aarive which was exactly 2:15pm. I got in there and the African American girl was so rude to me. I asked she could tell the doctor that they told me I could get seen and I'm here at the time. She yelled at me and said go sit down! It's all on camera I set down she check in 2 more people after bossing and ordering me around and yelling at me for just asking if she could ask the doctor. I began to call my boyfriend telling him about my appointment in my quiet voice I wasn't loud or anything at all. And I have a witness. Two actually and she started monitoring my conversation and yelling saying your talking about me and I wasnt and calling me out my name. So listen I know the world the is challenging and are all facing stuff times but if you don't like your employment why choose the field. I have always dreamed of working at St. Lukes but to get a negative vibe and being verbally assaulted I hope abd recommend they will hiring the right staff that wants to be excited to be there and live there job. I feel so bad after today I was a patient and couldn't get treatment due to the only front desk staff member not going to wait and speak to the doctor in summary. I will never forget this day because it has never happened to me with in St Lukes or my entire life especially not at a medical center or hospital. I hope and pray she's not treating the elderly that comes there that way, children or anyone else. That was an terrible experience all together just checking in, anywhere I go in the town I am the nicest person ever I work go to school and take care of my children. My day have been ruined. It is now 4:09pm and I so depressed I don't have medical treatment because I was not able to rescheduled and I don't even feel comfortable to be seen there. I feel threatens because she can see all my information and I am going to file a police report for the argument and her violating my Hippa saying your room the emergency room right in an argumental way and stating my address. I will be taking this up with the state boards of medical rights and treatment.

The PA that I saw was super nice and helpful but as I was done I asked for a flu shot record and they were super rude giving me the paper. The the one receptionist was yelling at me saying "what is your name" when I already gave it to the other girl. Then she proceeded to watch a video on her phone.

My two daughters both go to ABC mostly due to the fact that they are the pediatricians dejur if you…read morehave your health insurance through Lehigh Valley Health Network. When you go you are forced to choose one of the six doctors for your child and after that when you call you always need to choose their name from the phone prompts. The problem with that is a lot of times you cannot get in contact with someone on that doctors team and you may need to call multiple times until your can speak with anyone as their phone lines are always busy and you are stuck in phone tree hell. Sometimes if your child's doctor is not available they might be able to squeeze you in with whomever is there. If that happens make sure you know any medical history issues as not every doctor there is chatty or likes to be bothered with these last minute appointments and they are not afraid to show a little attitude about it. The doctor they see is really nice guy and is very easy to talk to. His big problem is that he is super conservative with his prescription dose and usually you will have to make two sick visits to cure any problems because he is always "afraid" to write a prescription for too strong of a dose. So every time one gets sick, it's double the office visit co-pay and double the prescription co-pay. He also likes to write prescriptions for drugs with no generic equivalent. (And the office never has samples. I've asked multiple times.) ABC is a big LVHN corporate practice that is good because they have access to the network's resources but like any other large corporate entity do not expect to feel like anything other than a number and usually you will be processed thru the office very impersonally and you might want to consider a smaller practice if that's not a trade-off you want to make.

My daughter loves seeing him. He spends time to get to know your child and respond to your questions (and I always have many). If he is not available for a last minute sick visit, I have never had a problem seeing another doctor on the same day I call. I have never had the experience of being "bounced around" to different doctors as other reviews state. I don't believe that is the issue at this office.

When my daughter left for college 6 hours away we were reassured that there wouldn't be an issue refilling her prescription. Despite having an appointment scheduled during spring break and being on a maintenance dose of a medication that she's taken for several years, they refused even a one month courtesy refill (all she really needed was 2 weeks!). We were left scrambling to get her seen elsewhere so that her prescription could be refilled. I work in healthcare and this is ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!

I questioned the bill…read morethey sent me for the first time because they overcharged me for a simple visit and they sent me letter saying they were no longer going to see her as a patient. I am floored. I wonder how many other times they overcharged me over-coded and I never even looked/noticed. I called to speak with Dr. Toff because letter came from Office Manager not from him. Never got a call back. I wonder if he ever got my message. The unprofessionalism is a shame.
