Sadly some of the letters in the name had already fallen off of the ribbon and flowers on display were not as vibrant and fresh as you'd expect for the cost. Much of the green styrofoam was showing so it was equally not as full of flowers as expected-it turned out to be a very costly afterthought! We would have thought the last minute arrangement was the reason for shabby craftsmanship, but an arrangement that was ordered way before the event also came with flowers that appeared to be not fresh and vibrant and it literally was mostly dead just two days following . We appreciate the customer service but the attention to detail could be improved upon!

Treated like a second class person because I interrupted their "event" and grilled at the entrance about what I was doing there. Seriously? I could not park in the regular lot (there was plenty of room) and was sent to the event parking which was full.
