The budtender who assisted me did not introduce herself and appeared disengaged throughout the transaction. Furthermore, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail; I had to closely monitor the weighing process, and the product labels were applied haphazardly. I hope to see an improvement in the level of service and professionalism provided to customers moving forward. I am now on the hunt for a new place to get services at.
