Horrible customer service. The staff loves to argue with the customers. We've had bad experiences here, with the staff not being educated enough or patient enough for people who have PTSD. Ian, one of the staff members, was using profanities toward my husband, who is a patient with a brain injury. My husband communicated this with the staff, as they were escalating the situation. They ultimately decided to make my husband leave. Fortunately, we found a better business, with kind people and great prices. read more

The budtender gave me a hard time for misplacing my ID and harped on me about it three different times. A different woman was helping me and I don't know why the other took over. What I was getting rang up wrong so she threw her hands up and stormed away. I started to cry and left. Go somewhere else. read more

Poor management. Went to get a joint and it was mislabeled. Went back in to change it out for one that was indica (sativa gives me anxiety), and they took 30 min (not an exaggeration) of going in the back, typing in computers, talking to "the boss" and generally taking as long as they can to get it swapped out. I like going here for the military discount and the fact that it was grandfathered in for use of credit cards because of the merchandise they sold previously before weed was legal. Ask to see if you qualify for a discount. I think age is one of the discounts, maybe? Always are polite and knowledgeable. read more

No face mask, walking within 3 feet of me, even after I asked him to give me space. Then he threatens to knock me out outside the store for talking to him. I notified the manager through an employee. I love green planet so much, they're actually my favorite local dispensary, they're so amazing with a huge open shop layout, and they always surprise me with the good good whenever I ask them to surprise me, thank you green planet for keeping me staying high! One time I visited, I brought my Wisconsin cousin to green planet just to browse since Wisconsin didn't have marijuana legalized at the time... green planet was so understanding and let us just browse freely. First time ever in dispensary. I went because my adson had knee surgery and I was in search of CBD oil to see if it could help with pain relief. I've tried it on my shoulder injury before and I liked it. The first person I spoke to didn't seem to know too much about the CBD products, but she went on a break and I actually got a second lady who was so incredibly helpful. With all of the swelling, inflammation, and stitches in my son's knee, he loves the roller ball on the product because it's really soothing and he says the CBD makes the whole area feel relaxed and he really likes it! The product stays right where you roll it, so I can get near the stitches and it doesn't contact the wound (although if it did contact it, I don't believe it would hurt him). He is also trying a tincture as well. I like this place and the attention that gets placed on the customer. Each person who worked there seemed to really like their job. read more

This is not a good place. They will CHEAT YOU. You go in to order a high quality product with a high THC level and they will give you a low quality product, with a low THC level when you turn your back to walk to the register two employees will switch the product. THEY DO THIS TO EVERYONE ALL THE TIME THEY CAN. My ex- girlfriend worked there and told me they do this as standard practice. So watch your order. read more

This is my main go-to store for pot; probably because it is so easy for me to go to, and they have a large selection of almost everything. The budtenders are friendly and helpful, the senior and military discounts are a good thing, and they take credit cards! The store is pretty big and I haven't taken the time to check out all they have to offer, but I'm looking forward to perusing all their departments. These guys have many strains and many peripheral products. Their staff are friendly and usually somewhat knowledgeable. The OWNERS, however, are what ruins it for me and others like me. Simply put, they fail to actually care about their customers. You can tell by the way they DON'T INCLUDE the tax in their pricing.......so, after you've precisely budgeted what you want and can afford, you get to the register and get an entirely different amount than you already figured. THEY WANT TO TRICK YOU INTO FEELING LIKE YOU'RE SAVING MONEY! It makes no sense cuz then everyone leaves with a bad taste in their mouth. These guys are HUGE morons that just leach off of our culture. F#ck these people. read more

Huge selection, big open floor layout, they offer great discounts and a loyalty program AND they take cards. That last part is the main reason I went there and is a big factor in why I go back. But again, love their prices, selection and easy ass parking. read more
