The GM is apparently "new" and should've NEVER accepted a position of that upholding if she can't even comprehend simple finances and communication. The pure lack of communication within the entirety of the store is absolutely wild! I've been contacted multiple times over $40 that could've easily been resolved with SIMPLE COMMUNICATION, but instead they're now trying to send people to come pick up my furniture when I've NEVER been late on a payment, nonetheless I've ALWAYS paid ahead of time! Not to mention, I paid my JUNE payment in MAY and because I extended my account and bought more furniture (down payment of $1,900) the same day I paid my payment for my precious furniture, my payment for June has been discarded and they're expecting me to pay an additional $141 to my $108 I've already paid. My payments went up $40 due to adding the additional furniture I purchased. Common sense says I owe $40, but not to them! Do not waste your time, energy, or money going to this establishment! Facebook marketplace has just of nice furniture on there with less the hassle. I've been a LOYAL customer since 2023 and have sent MULTIPLE people here just to be treated so poorly.
