While cleaning the gutters, he found a few low spots of pooling water and fixed and realigned them. He laid out a blanket on my hardwood floors before starting on the chimney. He vacuumed the entire fireplace area and ran his cleaning tools through the chimney. Overall I was very happy with his service and prompt response.

He is very friendly and took great care to keep my home clean and stayed in contact very well (always returned my texts, showed up when he said he would, and was just generally a nice person who knows his craft). Gordon and John came to our house to look at my back door. Gordon responded to my message right away which lets me know that he is professional. John, was his "door guy" and he was very knowledgeable about types of doors and took a look at my door and knew right away what needed to be done. The process to get my door replaced was straight forward, I paid for my door then when my door came, we set up an appointment to get it done. It took about a week and 3 days. The day John replaced the door, he worked nonstop in cold degree weather from 10a-3:30p! I mean he never stopped moving. I'm not even sure if he took a break to eat or drink. He fixed the frame of my door from Previous work that it had done, and even took the time to level it and raise it so that I don't get water in my house. I could tell that he took great pride in his job and I appreciate that he took the time to get the job done, did not rush it. The amount of time he took to customize my back door was very much appreciated. John simply said "This is just how we do our jobs" and I believe him!
