My husband was very pleased with the beer selection, and we were both happy with the new menu. Their menu may be limited, with a number of unique foods, but everything is really good. The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting that you want to just stay and stay. The staff are super friendly and are always open to chatting with you. For those that are interested, and want to entertain themselves (or others), there are a large number of tabletop and card-based games available to play. Since we are local, we have decided that this just might be our weekly "date night" go to. Cara is one of the sweetest people we've ever met, and iIt was really the little things she did that made all the difference...letting my mother-in-law order stuff and send it to the ranch to put in storage, letting us drop things off early the day before the wedding, coming over to tell us that we didn't have to rush out of there the next day.....every single person just had SO much fun! We got so many compliments on what an absolutely breathtaking venue we had chosen. The kids had tons of room to run around on and fly kites, our friends were able to bring their dogs, lawn games galore, there's a working fire pit, a brand new back patio, you can choose to get married under a gazebo or in the field in front of the mountains, they built a beautiful reception pavilion already decorated with lights, you can arrive in a horse-drawn carriage if you get married on the weekend, you hire all your own vendors and set things up exactly how you want it....and the absolute best part about this venue is that our friends got to camp anywhere they wanted on the property for 2 nights! That means we were able to dance ALL night long, and then just crawl into your tent when you got tired. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this ranch and the owners. We picked out a caterer, Baker, one of their preferred DJs, we did our our cocktail hour, one of their preferred bartenders, and Uriah as our photographer! The day of was so perfect for me. I picked out decor, table setting stuff, and all of that extra stuff and the people decorating just really made it look more beautiful than I had ever imagined. It was perfect. He let us know snacks and water were available in the lobby, which our hungry crew was excited for! Fresh and yummy! After arriving in our room, we were impressed with the note on the bed describing the mattress topper and pillows and the option to switch them out if you preferred a firmer bed. We were exhausted and slept really well, despite being right next to the highway (the only downfall of this place). Everything was clean, AC worked great, plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in pumps in the shower. Lotion and hand soap pumps in the bathroom as well. In the morning, we went hot tubbing (opened at 7am) and then enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet! Omelettes, pancakes, waffles, sausage, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, cereal options, oatmeal...and more. Something for everyone! My one suggestion would be to have a Gluten Free muffin option, such as Udi's prepackaged ones. Checkout was easy and again, staff was amazing! Highly recommend. We will stay again if in the area!

The hosts Jeff and Cindy were fabulous! They worked tirelessly to make my visit the best possible. The house is gorgeous, as was my room. While i was there, they hosted a mixer for my reunion, as well as a concert and an open mike. All of the events were very well managed including everything from food and beverages, and somehow seating around 100 people. They even handled the interruption of a couple thunderstorms, preventing the parties from becoming a disaster. I will visit again everytime I visit Pueblo.
