I know that it's tempting to buy the same product on Amazon or another big box store and save a few bucks, but remember that smaller stores have to purchase the same products at a higher price (they can't order the same bulk volume that Amazon can). The people here can also give you individualized recommendations, education about basically any tabletop gaming subject, informed recommendations, and are even happy to just shoot the breeze about gaming in general. That's the kind of attention that you will not get from an online store or a big box store. They rely on your purchases to keep their doors open.

Bell serves all the right purposes: they sell comic singles, collections and books; they sell gaming cards and accessories, board games, novelties, snacks, and even have a selection of fantasy and scifi books which I consider a bonus in a comic shop. Did I mention the dedicated gaming space? The greater Dayton area is blessed with a lot of shops of this nature but they all have various strengths and weaknesses. Bell has a certain homey feeling that not all the shops around here can replicate. Although I love Maverick's, and I'm fond of Epic Loot, Bell has become my comic stop of choice on Fridays after work (since they stay open late on that day!). I read the other reviews on Yelp and I can understand why some people aren't entirely satisfied, but this shop does everything I need it to, and often does more. Someone mentioned that John is sometimes less than approachable. To that I would say that he is one of a small handful of staff members, and it's entirely likely that he has his stressed out days just like anyone else. I've never seen him be outright rude to a customer. Hell, one night as a teenager I wandered in there after they closed because I didn't see the sign, I misheard him when he said they were closed, and despite my stupidly barging in he let me browse anyway without any trouble. No shop can be everything to everyone. For me though, this one is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The jewelry is gorgeous and as someone who is a huge fan of gemstones the selection is truly impressive. They beautiful statues varying from wolves, Buddha's, mermaids, witches, foxes, and even cats. There tons of different candles, as well as options for burning sage. They also have a lot of great information on how to properly smudge. There was a line out the door and due to social distancing guidelines they are limiting the amount of people allowed in at a time which was much appreciated. It was also well worth the wait! Mailing the mother board for repair didn't fix it. Ailments and other issues caused it to sit collecting dust in my basement for years! I have stayed in touch with the company and they still remember my sale. I am taking it on a road trip to them to get it repaired this weekend. Hopefully, they are able to repair it. This will bring a positive conclusion to a decade of stress over non use of my prized machine.

I like the selection at Import House. This is the original location. It also has shops in Athens…read moreand Columbus. It seems not as big as the others but still lots of high quality. They have a wide variety of products for your smoking needs plus other stuff. I like to come in and look around. The staff when I have been there has always been helpful. A lot of locally made products are here. It has a case with hundreds of glass pipes. They sell some clothing too. It's fun looking around even if not sure what you're buying. You can find some nice presents. A staff member will always help you find something. The prices are not bad on some items. Older issues of High Times are half off. They have plenty of incense so be sure to grab some of that. I will find something cool here every time. It's a nice selection for a town like this. You will find something for someone or yourself.

I laughed it off and my mother and I went about looking around the whole vibe was off I felt as if they were watching us like thieves.. I had just come from kismet and spent quite a bit of money and we really didn't appreciate being treated like that, my family and I have been coming to yellow springs for years and have never really experienced this kind of treatment before.
