I've avoided GNC's a lot of my life because of high prices and how pushy the employees are with…read moreproducts, but this location has totally changed my mind about shopping here. It's super convenient for me to stop in as it's on my way to the gym, and every time I've gone in I'm usually one of the only people there. GNC products have come a long way, but I'm also impressed with the new brands they're carrying. Jym Supplements, which used to only be carried on Bodybuilding.com are now exclusive to GNC, and they are the best supplements I've ever used. GNC's new Pro Membership is also leaps and bounds better than what they used to have. It's $39.99 per year, but all the stuff you get with it more than makes up for the price, especially with their points program. If you're spending a couple hundred bucks on supplements every few months, your points will stack up quick and you'll be earning a lot of free stuff. One of the employees here, Kasi (who I can only assume is a manager), is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff members at any GNC I've been too. She's never pushy, and will be honest with you if she doesn't think a product will work well for you. I enjoy seeing her working every time I stop in just to pick her brain about new products.

I placed an order over the phone for pick up 20 minutes before my arrival and was told it would be…read moreready when I arrived. Upon my arrival I learned that my order had not been made up for pick up and I would have to wait behind the walk-ins. I paid for my items and waited for an additional 20 minutes only to see the staff moving slow and with no sense of urgency. I advised the staff member at the front desk I had to leave and all she told me was they were busy. I left the store after being in there for 25 mins without the items I paid for. I have come to this location several times and this is by far is the worst service I've received. This was ridiculous and when I requested a refund over the phone, the staff member told me I'd have to wait a day or so for my refund. I'm very disappointed.

It seems like a bait-and-switch to me. Regardless, they still have all the same vitamins and supplements available at the other stores, and I find them to be totally reliable in their selection.
