I figured with it being around and then after Christmas it may take some time but no one responded. Another week went by and I sent another email inquiring when I could expect it but still no response. I then sent an email asking if I could get a list of locations they ship to (I am an out of state customer, the website didn't mention shipping limitations but I figured maybe that was a factor). I finally got a response from an iPhone but it only said, "what state are you shipping to", nothing else. It was a bit unprofessional to me but I sent what state and then didn't hear anything else. I kind of assumed I had been scammed but a few days later I got a shipping notification. Cool, fine, I'm not that pressed as long as I got my paid product. My package came but now I see it's not what I ordered. Very annoying. I could have overlooked the lackluster customer service, but then to see that I wasn't sent what I bought on top of it maybe me write this review.
