Quit shopping for a realtor. Seriously, quit it, you're wasting your time. If you're reading this you're about to get as honest a review as you can get and you're going to be happy. I called The Holub Team and spoke directly with Paul Holub. Immediately after contact I received another call -- from his cell phone -- to discuss the property some more and set an appointment to view the home. There was no negativity related to where I lived (in Bear Creek - home flooded during Harvey), only a discussion about what I needed and how he could help. So refreshing! We discussed selling the property in July, but lawyers do what lawyers do and I didn't get permission to sell until September 17th and by Sep 19th at 11PM the home was listed. So before I tell you the good stuff, know this: Paul hired a photographer to professionally shoot the house, did all of the listing details, and posted the home for sale -- on a Saturday and Sunday. There were no complaints, no delays, no "I'll see you Monday." Paul listed at 11PM, and we received our first cash offer by 9AM on the 20th. The next morning. A second cash offer a few hours later.
