It just so happens a few days later they credited my credit card for their damaged item and didn't even tell me until I looked at my credit card statement. The funeral was the next day so I needed to act fast! I called the shop and she was very nice. I explained the funeral was the next day and I had only found that out an hour before. I told her what I wanted and she explained to me the current pricing wasn't updated yet and what did I want to spend. She also asked about colors etc, took the name of the funeral home and the Cemetery for graveside services. The standing funeral display was beautifully arranged- the colors were gorgeous.
