The day of the scheduled appointment which was right before the Fourth of July holiday a representative called to cancel and the appointment was rescheduled for two more weeks out. As of today no call from the company no repair nothing. I am unsure what their correspondence was like at the time of the install but their customer service with Repair has been horrendous.

First it was shipping which is understandable but then it was had to wait for a warehouse somewhere that has it or something, then no call back to say it ever arrived. Called multiple times and it was something each time. Then I call 3 weeks after the initial order and they say yes it's in...and no one calls me to tell me after all this until I call you??! So it's almost July and I haven't opened our pool all bc of this piece and waiting, while it sits there and no one calls to tell me. I could've drove or just figured out how to order it myself for that service.

I am very disappointed in the service / scheduling department. I brought a hot tub which leaked…read more Call service and was told to check the cut off drain value and send pictures. I did all that, than was told that it might be the cover causing the leak, "Really", finally I was told that it would be several weeks before someone could come out and was given an appointment date. On the appointment date, I was told that it was canceled and I was push back a week because someone had quit, it was pool season and someone should of call to tell me. Finally, someone did showed up only to tell me that they couldn't find the leak and that it needed to be drain and put on blocks so they can see if it was leaking under the center and that it might be the cover since it was foaming up when the pump runs. I told the technician that it isn't the cover and we can drain and fill the tub back up so he could see for himself but he didn't want to do that and said that he wasn't going back and forth with me on the matter. He said that he would call it in and they will set me a new appointment. I call service only to be told that it would be several week again and that I needed to drain and fill the hot tub up and let run 24 hours to see if it was still leaking and if so, to call for an appointment. I expressed my dissatisfaction that I spent $10'700 for a defective Hot Tub that leaks and can't get quality service. As of today, the problem is still not resolved.

After using Aloha Pools for my install of in-ground pool. That was the worst mistake I have ever…read moremade. I contacted Allen Pools for my liner failure after 5th year, Aloha would not honor warranty so I contacted Allen pools. They were prompt, professional, best pricing for liner. I am very happy with the job they done. They installed the new liner and replaces all face covers and return covers. It is absolutely beautiful.
