I went to buy a piece of marble tile and they don't cut tiles!!! I bought it anyways and hope to get it cut elsewhere but it's pretty stupid they can't cut the tiles they sell. The employees were nice, when I could find them (which was difficult). Overall not a great experience. They were not helpful and don't offer the services that I need and that are necessary to the items they sell. Crazy stuff, man. read more

very pissed about there customer service, bought a milwaukee kit. 500$ with purchase was a free battery. was told by emily sign says 1st come 1st serve, which was no where on sign. was told they are out of the batterys, 2 me thats false advertisment. if you have the kits why not the batterys, she gets her supervisor ian, we ask if we could get a smaller battery he said no. we ask if they could ship us the battery he said no... then he gos on to tell me that the sign says while supplys last, which no where on the sign says that... i will take my buisness some where else, i dont care if home depot was half the price, they have lost my buisness for good... false advertisement.. take the damn sign down if you dont have the stuff in stock, just pisses me off, was treated like a 2nd grader who cant read, me or my company will be back........ read more

I recently purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot however there were a lot of issues receiving this delivery. on the first delivery date which mind (they use a third-party to have your appliance delivered) one of the men informed me that the stacking kit was not the correct one even though the stacking kit was the same brand as the washer and dryer which was Samsung not to mention the stackable kit was considered a universal kit meaning if you didn't have a Samsung washer and dryer it would still work. Even though I knew something did not sound right about that base of the attitude of a two-man Who attempted to deliver my washing dryer gave me the all around vibe that they really just didn't feel like putting in the washer and dryer. with that being said I went to Home Depot after I told the delivery men that they can take the washer and dry back to Home Depot and have it set to be re-delivered with the correct stacking kit being that that was one of the options they gave me. the other option was for them to leave the washer and dryer at my place without them being hooked up and I personally did not want two washer and dryer's sitting in the middle of my living room. Once I arrived at Home Depot I was informed that it was in fact the correct stacking kit for my washer and dryer so when they pulled up my order they also told me that those two delivery man canceled my ordered and noated on the account that I didn't want the washer and dryer instead of having them re-delivered. I do want to mention that when the order was placed in my name was not correct on the order which was a mistake done by Home Depot . Fast-forward to them fixing the accountant; having it set to be redelivered a week later the delivery men informed me that the screws are missing to my washer and dryer and that I can only get them replaced from the manufacturer which would be Samsung. Not only were they missing the screws but the washer and dryer's were not in their box that they come in and they arrive dented and scraped in multiple places which led me to assume they re-delivered the same washer and dryer's they attempted to deliver the first time with no box protecting the washer and dryer's. So of course after the washer and dryer are almost $2000 and I can't even get them hooked up because they're missing screws I told them to take them back and have a order replace with Brand new washer and dryers and not the same ones they've already unbox and Are possibly damaged internally. since they told me I was going to have to wait almost 2 weeks anyways for them to get the screws delivered I felt it best they just replace in an order for Brand new washer and dryer's while they are at it. Now fast forward to today March 24, 2022 I'm expecting to have a delivery but I never received a phone call about my delivery the day before the delivery or the day of the delivery like they typically do. So I go to Home Depot to get information on my delivery and they tell me that my delivery is on back order and it won't get here for another two months which would be in May. So I informed them that At this point with two messed up deliveries and you guys telling me you can't get me my order until two months you can just issue me a refund. They then proceeded to tell me that they can only refund me The sales tax on my order instead of giving me my full amount that I paid in cash. they also tell me that they can only issue me a refund on my debit card even though I did not pay with debit card I paid in full with cash which would mean I would receive my refund in cash. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone buying appliance from Home Depot because they have too many issues with their third-party delivery men and they can't deliver on anything that you ask for. If I can write this review a zero stars I definitely would. read more

They indicated the website had a price error, and they would not honor it. I called customer service and it took over 40 minutes to get transferred to a manager, who was not helpful at all. read more

Very friendly staff. I went here looking for a yard sprinkler system and they told me that they didn't carry them because they are a small store according to the company and they don't offer a lot of things that most shone Depot do. Sorry to say I ended up having to go to Lowe's. I did see a pretty cool mini fridge that I took a pic of. read more

Will NOT deliver a new washer - dryer to Rhoda, 18 miles out of Bowling Green, KY. Store does NOT stock any major appliance items so they are shipped up from Nashville. Local delivery if it was available will NOT do installs. Who runs these places? Another sale slips through the management practices cracks. Tried to tell us that the store deliveries 50 miles from the supply location (Nashville) NOT the store location. I find that really hard to believe. Appliance delivery from home depot is the worst! They are rude, obnoxious and more. They are not home depot employees and don't answer to anyone. They are sub contractors who are hired by the company that had hired by home depot. If they mess up your delivery, they don't care or make any amends. And home depot managers are aware of this, but guess they can't do anything about it. Update: cancelled the delivery mentioned above, now 23 days later the appliances still show up on my credit card bill. So now I've been on the phone for another 60 mns ! I had a $10,000.00 order, and I took my list to The Home Depot in Bowling Green, Kentucky to see if they could beat any of their competitors quotes. First of all, the manager at the front desk was extremely rude and acted as if she couldn't be bothered by my request to give my list to the person that deals with quotes. I hadn't heard anything back from them in 4 days, so I went back to the store to see if they had got a quote yet, the two people at the desk was again, very rude and made it obvious that they had better things to do. At this point, I was about to tell them where to shove my list, but wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. I went back a few days later, because I STILL had not heard back from them. They tell me that they did not have a list from me. I asked to speak to the store manager. Needless to say he was livid that they didn't have my list, and took matters into his own hands. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, and scatterbrained customer service in my whole life! I would not recommend them to anyone! The store in Bowling Green, Kentucky anyway. I can't say this about the other locations I've been to. They have been extremely accommodating, and very friendly. read more
