Home Depot is consistent. It felt like home when I walked in. I was able to locate the items I was looking for and make the repairs that my mother-in-law's house needed. I bought a new Moen bathroom faucet because my mother-in-law's was leaking badly. I was happy that I found a Moen, which is headquartered not far from where I live in Ohio. The faucet installed quickly, easily, and didn't leak. Now my in-laws have their bathroom back because it was out of commision for a while. I also bought and replaced the shower head and shower accessory hanger. All were much needed upgrades. I noticed a large rat patroling my in-laws yard, so I purchased a rat trap to handle that issue. The layout is not quite the same as all other Home Depots, at least state side. You have to wander around a bit to try to find what you want. Looking for home basics like tape measures, cleaning supplies, window and door sealants, and basic tools is a challenge. read more

It's a good chain as you can usually find the stuff u r looking for but the employees ruined all the experience for me l, one guy was move some stuff from one place to another and he asked me to move out of his way with a wire in his hand and I felt very much insulted and I never saw this kinda customer service any where in the world, wanted to make a complaint upon check out but than what's the difference between me and him so to keep him out of trouble I stayed quite took my a/c and left. read more

Actually, same layout than in the States, but all signs are in spanish which makes sense due to is a spanish speaking island; you do not have to be wondering (wander) around looking for what you need to get, you just need to read or as simple as asking somebody from the store for information. Fantastic customer service here...it really makes me want to come to this particular location now. Both of the individuals who waited on me were very professional and friendly. Can't remember the first girls name who processed my return, but she was super nice. The second girl who helped me, Keila, (I took note of her name in my head because I was so impressed with her friendliness and professionalism) she was so willing to go above and beyond to help me **even though by the time I was next in line and she greated me it was about 7:10 on a Sunday evening where they technically close at 7pm**. Despite it being the end of her day and 10min PAST closing, she made me feel so UNrushed and comfortable...what she was willing to do (fill an online order of about 25 items we had made which was ready to pick up at another home depot, Los colobos) lol yes, I made this mistake and went to wrong location :) I could not even let her (seriously, it would have taken over half an hour given my order, etc) but she asked me so many times are you sure, I don't mind (well in Spanish, lol) but basically "yo lo hago, no te preocupes"..."con mucho gusto" etcetc she was really sincere, I could tell she meant it when she said don't worry, it's no problem. If I felt like I really needed it tonight I would have let her- but it really wasn't necessary and I just could not do that so close to closing to such nice employees.
