I was there that day and the customer is failing to tell you that she became rude and upset with the owner and actually had thrown Christmas tree stars at her and they made her hand bleed. He was able to tell me the difference between brands and models and show me various model issues on machines in for repair. Once I'd made my choice, he showed me which replacement bags I'd need and accessories I might want. Again, this was neutral.
