I purchased a refrigerator and found the doors are not lined up so the message center illuminates and constantly will ding indicating the doors are not sealed. I provided pictures to Home Depot and a repair team was dispatched. The repair team agreed the unit was defective and stated replacement was necessary. The team left and returned shortly stating the purchase was made last month so the manufacturer would have to be called. I purchased from the local Home Depot and they need to take responsibility since their team installed the unit. My pictures have been uploaded. Old carpet was NOT hauled away like was advertised. Contractor had another customers carpet in his vehicle and said he can't put mine in with theirs because of pet stains. He admitted that most customers have pet stains so obviously they never had any intention of taking my old carpet. Home Depot manager, Xavier told me that he would call me back to see what his options are. I'm still waiting on that call. This is an obvious loophole in the contract which allows Home Depot to sell a contract with "free" removal, knowing fully that it won't happen. No,strongly recommend not to buy appliances here unless you are installing them yourself. They are so disorganized. They do not communicate with each other or their installers. The install company called us to set up time to come and measure the spaces for new appliances, (microwave, fridge, dishwasher and stove) would be there on the following Saturday told us that Home Depot shouldn't have sold us the appliances until they measured the areas? What?? Appliances delivered on a Tuesday we're told that the fridge and stove would be installed on delivery date. Delivery advised they couldn't hook up the stove or the refrigerator at the time due to not having the hoses for the fridge so they were unable to install either one. We installed stove on Saturday after we went back to Home Depot to pick up the correct stove plug. 2nd week appliances sitting in living room. New fridge was installed yesterday however no screws to put the handles on we now are waiting for the manufacturer to come out to put handles on??? Told us yesterday we haven't paid for the install that's why they weren't coming out to install. Spoke to the manager. We have paid for the install.we paid for it at the time of purchase? Home Depot delivered some hoses today for the dishwasher. Install for microwave and dishwasher next Tuesday ( we will see ) one out of four appliances that they have installed is yet to be complete. 25 phones call to and from Home Depot, & Install contractor. 10/3/2023- no handle for new fridge. Don't buy Ryobi products that have the 40V Lithium 2.0Ah battery. The battery is faulty where it doesn't charge. Upon putting the battery on the charger (tried two different chargers) it flashes a green and red light. Check YouTube and there's multiple postings. Me and my husband wanted to get a 99.00 patio set and this was the closest store who had it. Instead of paying 30.00 for delivery we drove from Benbrook to this location. Asked for help and no one came. So us being senior citizens had to put it in our vehicle. This was just one box but said on the box over 250 lbs. If we had been able to go to the one in White Settlement or off of Hulen we would have had help I am sure. We used Home Depot curbside pick up exclusively during the pandemic and they set the bar on how things should go. Now that the pandemic is over curbside pick up, at least at this location, is a complete and total joke. Arrived today to pick up a massive pallet of concrete. Obviously could not load them on my own, which is why I ordered them on curbside pick up. Checked in and waited 30 minutes with no delivery and no contact from the store. Called seven times with no answer finally got a hold of someone by pressing zero repeatedly and the woman who answered the phone was rude and put out by the fact that I had a curbside pick up. Waited an additional 45 minutes for my pick up to be delivered. This will be my last time, Lowes is 400 yards away and delivers curbside pickup within 10 minutes. read more

Went to buy a tool box on sale, drove from Stephenville to pick it up on Sunday. With the help of the sales man we figured it wouldn't fit in my suv. I wanted to purchase it and come get the next day with a trailer. Sales man said just come back and buy it then. Didn't think anything of it, rented a trailer Monday morning and went back to Granbury to purchase it. Took them for ever to get it down from rack. Upon checking out discover the sale ended on Sunday and it went back up almost $200. At this point I asked for her to speak with the manager and she called him and said they could offer $50 off. Because they couldn't find the ad or sale. At this point I left due to being so frustrated with the whole transaction wasting several hours of my day. Once quick google and you can find it was on sale... Seemed like they wanted to waste more of my time arguing about the whole deal than anything else. In June we ordered $5000 worth of appliances from Home Depot. They were delivered by a subcontractor with no name on their truck. At the time of delivery the driver opened the hood of the truck and told me he had a problem with the truck, I then saw a large amount of oil pouring from the truck onto the street in front of our new home causing a large oil spill. They said they would clean it up but did nothing. I reported the HazMat spill to Home Depot and they then had a company called Sedgewick contact us. They said the contractor had 10 days to take care of the damage. Still nothing was cleaned up. A company named Hub Group finally reached out weeks later after we complained to them multiple times. They said not their problem to clean it up. Told us to hire a clean up company, clean up their companies mess and they would look at it WHAT a pathetic response from Home Depot, their insurance company and the trucking company hired by Home Depot. I would give them a minus 5 is possible for the way they handled this. Don't buy from Home Depot they don't give a S#it. Spend your money with a company that treats you properly. Yes its the usual hardware, tools, appliances, garden, just everything for your home store. Yet I seem to always like it better than the competition. This store was very clean, organized as they usually are except the order in which everything was a little different (I am a typical blonde sometimes) so it confused me a bit. Of course there were plenty of helpful employees to lead me in the right direction. Just got some red paint and a few painting supplies so maybe next time I'll see more of the store. Checked online for decomposed granite & it stated they had limited stock. I then called customer service & they had no clue what I was looking for so they transferred me to appliances. After explaining to appliances that I needed the garden center and was transferred again, no one ever answered! I drove to the store all to find out that they were "out of stock". The garden cashier tried to tell me that Limited Stock means "out of stock". I'm not sure where she went to school, but someone needs to educate her that limited means for a short time or small amount. Out of Stock means - sold out! Very poor service at this location and not one employee asked if they could help. read more

Workers here don't really seem to want to help people. I had to argue with a lady about the 10% off for veterans discount. I showed my DL that has veteran on it and she said we can't take that because it has to be a military ID. She also told me that it's only for active duty personnel. I then told her no it says for veterans witch means anyone who served in the military honorably. She still would not give it to me. So I went to Lowe's instead and they honored the discount and were very nice. read more

Little of 3 years ago I ordered and had Home Depot install $4000 worth of blinds for my new house. These blinds came with a limited lifetime warranty. Now one of the blinds has a tear...it just suddenly appeared. The other 20+ are just fine. I took the one $150 blind to Home Depot and after 3 trips and discussions with multiple employees (no call backs, ever) I finally just gave up. Home Depot said the company would not honor the warranty...and since the manufacturer wouldn't, HD wouldn't. I explained to the manager that I didn't buy the blinds from the manufacturer, but from HD based only on their warranty and service installation. They didn't care and wouldn't relent...and oh, the color was no longer available...but HD would be glad to order a similar product for 10% off. Instead I went onliine, ordered direct and got an exact replacement...for $148. Don't pay HD for fictitous service or support! Save your money and buy online. You might as well save the money...since HD won't stand behind a product THEY sell. read more
