Partial deliveries, wanting to come weeks after they delivered the wrong stove( thx Joe from Stoney Creek) and the refridgerator was delivered with the wrong handles. When the fridge was unpacked and moved into place by 2 people a screw was protruding form the underside and scratched the floor moderately deep neccisitating replacing a section of the floor. Customer service keeps delaying answering me and gave me a check for the materials but not the install cost. They then directed me to Jenn Air for the rest. I bought thru Goemans I should be able to resolve it thru them. Very poor customer service and the manager of the store another Joe couldnt get me off the phone fast enough. Save yourself the aggravation buy somewhere else. I have to admit this is the second time I purchased with them the first time they scratched my new floor again but i dealt with the store and resolved it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH ANY STORE THAT IS AFFILIATED WITH GOEMANS AGAIN

They didn't use it then they broke my clip, shoving the washer in. I called Peter Martin and spoke to him and he told me to replace the clip. I couldn't find the clips by themselves and then I got very ill. The next time I called Peter he had no recollection of speaking to me, could not find my file and when he did he only could find my email I wasn't even given a name. He said he could not remember speaking to me about my claim and then yelled at me because he couldn't find any of my information and then he hung up on me! I am disgusted by the way he treated me. His customer service skills are very lacking and considering they are supposed to service their own products, the fact that he didn't even have my name written down is quite disappointing. The way he treated me was vile. I would not recommend buying a product from him ever and he is a complete rude individual. I do not care how long he has been in business I would prefer to get my money back than to deal with him or his rudeness ever again! Photos attached. I was not given a receipt for purchase. $850. While in my house, the 16 year old nephew took 2 phone calls promising the callers appliances that were "2 years old, no dents, no scratches." When I unwrapped my double oven it clearly had huge dents on both sides that were also rusted--the kind of dents resulting from being bounced down a road. The top of the control console had a large area where the finish was gone. the top right corner of the console was severely scratched it's entire width. The interior of the doors was so dirty there was no way this oven was less than 10 years old, and that is after they said they had cleaned it. The owner gave me advice on how to clean it with vinegar and baking soda. Why didn't they use this? I contacted them and within 5 days I even texted them with photos. He agreed to trade it for another double oven when he had one (in a text). I was never contacted. I sent text reminders checking in if there was a suitable trade over months. He said there was not yet. I have been using my basement kitchen since I had removed the upstairs kitchen the day after I moved to this house. I now need a stove and oven because I rented the basement. The first day I used this appliance to heat soup on a burner, I later noticed a intermittent clicking sound. I realized the burner would not shut off. I removed the knob and tried to find a position for the control that would turn it off, the display showed "Low" still. There was no position that would turn the burner off. I had to completely unplug the stove. I texted with pictures. When I went in to at least choose a single oven the employee said that person no longer was employed with the company. Later in the conversation, he let it slip that that person had warned him to look out for me because I might come in. This company will not cooperate and I even warned them I had met with my lawyer and was about to give a $3500.00 retainer. I reminded them and sent them relevant and dated screenshots of texts showing the agreement to trade and me following up regularly and being put off to wait longer by the owner. They still won't return the money or a trade. I'm moving forward with my lawyer.

If I'd gone to them first they could have fixed my old unit because they understood it perfectly. They were also able to help me with my stove. I love these guys. straight shooters.

We received a faulty appliance, on November 14, and are still stuck with a faulty appliance and have had to make multiple trips to the Laundromat. when I reported that we had a faulty, appliance,Canadian Appliance Source suggested, 'I' make an appointment with the manufacturer, and technician. I coordinated and booked the service call that was conducted yesterday. So, they leave it up to the customer to liaise with the manufacturer, when you receive a faulty appliance. Electrolux service technician inspected the appliance, attempted to repair the appliance and confirmed that it is irreparable. This is where it gets tricky - Manufacturer (Electrolux) offer to buy back the appliance but only a partial refund that excludes the taxes I paid. Electrolux Customer Services advise to take this up Canadian Appliances Services, and CAS say to take this up with the manufacturer. I feel that if an appliance is faulty, the retailer should at least assist in someway. I have requested again that Canadian Appliances collect the appliance and refund but inform me to take this matter up with the manufacture, who say this is the responsibility of the retailer (CAS). Please do not buy anything from this company, as you'll be abandoned as soon as there is an issue.
