He claimed he melted something that wasn't important, at this point the refrigerator wouldn't even turn on. He didn't understand why the plug was replaced, and ordered more part (3rd part order). He was scheduled to come out last Friday. Took the day off work and a no show, and no one called. I called them twice asking for a status and I just received there answering service and not return call. So they called on Monday, stating they called me 2 times! Totally not true! This company lies! When I questioned him about the 2 times, he changed his story and told me he called once. The third tech warned me that they will lie so people don't get upset. Well I am upset.
