Had a really great experience using Dye's for appliance repair. Had an issue with a mouse that crawled in from the outside entrance for the dryer vent. Long story short, the panel on the dryer was dismantled in the process of looking for the mouse. We couldn't get it put back together, so the dryer wouldn't turn on. A tech came out and was able to quickly put it back together and get our dryer up and running again! The staff is personable, reliable, and communicative. Horrible place to buy appliances! The showmanship was trash. The appliances are trashy and partially dirty.. They had a hard time delivering my appliances, even though I didn't live far. The delivery guy and his wife were a total joke.. byw they're related to the owner of this place.. no good! $600 was a hard lesson for me.. read more

Horrible!!!! Wish there was a no star rating.... purchased a refridgerator from these people awhile back. Picked the best looking side by side that they had in store. Paid over 300.00 for a USED one. Refridgerator came with hardly no shelves in it. Neither side. Called the store shortly after receiving it, thinking that maybe because it was being cleaned when we purchased them. That they may of been sitting in the store somewhere. The lady asked me the model number and i gave it to her. She told me she would order some for me, since I paid so much for it. Never heard back from her at all. Ended up ordering my own shelves for it and it cost another 250.00 for them. So I literally paid over 500.00 for something this was used to begin with!!!! Sad thing is, my mother swore by this place when she was alive. Never again!!!!! Dont waste your time! Similiar situation happened to a friend of mine, no shelves were included. She constantly complained until they gave her a new one. I guess I was overlooked!!! read more

Bought my washer April 1st. And now it's broken. They said I had a 90 day warranty but since I made a negative review he said he wasn't going to fix it. Dennis Dye is the man who kept pacifying me and making me stand idly and on vein. The mother even screamed at me. Now I'm out 325$ I have children in school. This is so unfair read more

I would not use this service. They came and picked up the washer and dryer from our apartment building, brought it back and the washer does not work. This is a commercial unit so they put in new coin boxes and did not leave the correct keys. They leave their voicemail purposely full so you cannot leave a message because they have no time to answer calls. Not responsive to customer needs. The washer came back and does not work. I texted with no answer. Definitely overwhelmed with their own business. My experience has not been good at all. Will never use them again. read more

Dyes appliance is a joke ..they take appliances they find on the curb set out for garbage and put a little paint on them and sell them for half the price of a new one ..don't waist your time .. read more
