Home Depots' flowers are terrible this year. the soil is dry and some plants look wilted. For the price, they aren't worth it.

This is a great Home Depot. Friendly, knowledgeable,and helpful. Items are in stock and easy to find. The store is also kept clean. I will say the one thing that really makes this store stand out for me compared to other Home Depot's, are the older ladies who always seem to cash me out. I had to make an exchange at this Home Depot today. The personnel in the returns department were knowledgeable and capable. Heather the customer service employee was quick to understand what the problem was and handled the exchange quickly. Outstanding service!!! Two employees came to my car with me to help fit my purchase in the car. Very Helpful and Friendly!!! Went in for the cheapest drill possible and two associates (one by the name of Bob, didn't catch the others name) had the section I needed to access blocked off by a lift. A nice self checkout lady made sure that I didn't need any assistance finding anything, while Bob and the other associates got the details as to what I needed. I let him know I was looking for the cheapest drill they had and Bob instantly answered with the exact price. The individual on the lift was ready to undo his harness to acquire the item for me. Instead, Bob just grabbed it, and I was on my way. These two associates made the minor inconvenience of the isle being blocked off go extremely smooth, and were very knowledgeable on the product and the price. Thank you guys! I visited this location for the first time yesterday to look for some succulents. (They have 2 small sections). One of them is indoors to the right and the other section is right in the garden center. Some of them were potted and others you had to pot yourself. Most of them were very nice, but I don't end up actually buying anything because some of them looked like they weren't being taken care of very well, which made me nervous. Otherwise, this store was very similar to other Home Depot's I've been to, and I would stop back here if I ever needed to buy something for my home. read more
