i'll give the store five stars I deal mostly with the pro desk and I have had the opportunity to work with the manager of the store or too, i've had nothing but good experiences with them all around from ordering online ordering in person, deliveries, returns and everything in between, if I ever have an issue with any product there is no other way to ensure to make it right !!! Our second home it seems these days! I'm not going to do a big review because we are here almost everyday. Remodeling a very old home that was basically trashed by the tenants. We bought the home and had strip everything out of it. This house was filthy dirty, dead rats and mice all over the place. In the window seals! Mice droppings in the corners of every room. So we needed Home Depot to help us remodel the home. From paints, new windows, new doors, new cabinets to lighting etc. We are using every department and every one is friendly and helpful all the time. They know us! read more

The store itself is great, but the customer service is awful I personally had to help a elderly woman trim her wood moulding, she had asked for help from the associates many times before I offered to help. When I personally asked for help from the associates they told me to do it myself and showed me what aisle the saw was on, yet I saw a lot of workers just goofing around w/ each other ‍ I also did self check out and it asked for a pin so I asked a worker that was just watching us and his reply was " honesty I don't know how to do that". read more

I rarely go to the home depot so i wasn't familiar with the layout of the store so i asked an older gentlemen for a location of a item i was looking for at first it seemed like he attempted to ignore me then when he finally did turn and talk to me he said i don't know much so i don't think ill be able to help. I asked anyway for the location of a blade for my multi tool or if there were more than what i had already found. His reply was i don't know man maybe in the Saw aisle. I found a blade that would work on the very aisle he was on when i asked him. With this kind of service its no wonder the store is always hiring read more

We bought a $3,000 refrigerator from the Home Depot in Mt pleasant with an agreement that they would remove our old refrigerator. We even moved it to the porch so it would be easier for the delivery guys. The delivery drivers delivered our new refrigerator but did not take the old one. They said they would come back and get it because they needed to add more room on the truck, they never came back!!. My wife called them the next day and was told they would come and get it the following Monday and again they never showed. We have been calling the store and they are ignoring us. We will never buy anything from Home Depot again!!!!! read more

The folks in here are the nicest we have dealt with !! I can't say the same about their repairs services. We have a Toro zero turn, was a big decision to purchase. In the almost the nine months we have had it, it has been one and then another repair shop. Just got it back only to discover it was put back together with the mower deck jammed into the front wheel. Making payments and having to use the same twenty five year old craftsmen. Toro according to the many repair shops it has been to, knew they had issues but made no effort to correct them. Just stuck it to the public. Waiting to see if our attorney is right about this situation. Home Depot great folks just beware the Toro product, so many choices but apparently all the reviews about Toro didn't refer to the new Zero 54 inch turns !!! Don't make the same mistake we made! Shop Home Depot they are great, even if they seem to busy to return calls, but stay away from their Toros!!! Update Home Depot took it back and we exchanged for the Arians. We lost our nine months worth of payments which seems unfair as all get out ! But that's not the store that's corporate. New mower has not given us one problem outstanding mower. Look at the orange ugly color mower, powerful and works great. read more
