Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

The delivery company was fast and efficient. They called about 30 minutes before arrival to ask where it was going, did I have a haul away etc. they were right on time, unhooked the broken one, and had the new one installed in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very polite, no damages in a very small house, including stairs. No high pressure sales at the store either.
