We ran into a problem with the AC drain overflowing to our kitchen ceiling in the second floor. We called Tarvin for help as we needed someone soon. Dave came over the next day and we got service at a reasonable price. Dave not only fixed our problem but spent time helping us figure out how to prevent the issue from happening again. He took us step by step through the process and even explained that it's actually pretty normal to have some buildup in the pvc pipes from dripping water lines. This was above and beyond and much appreciated. And we weren't gouged the service. When this happened we were concerned because we have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past. Tarvin is our go to plumber from here on out.

Without me having to ask, the girl at the front desk asked the vet if they could switch it to tablets which was way cheaper and way easier for my dog to take. I was so impressed and happy with how it was handled and happy that I didn't have to pay extra. I believe her name is Raven, she was working the front desk and helped with switching the meds. I told her I was heading to an appointment and would have to come back to pick up the meds. She sent me a text to let me know that the meds were able to be switched to tablets and that they were ready to be picked up.

I had a stroke and then I was homebound so I had to use the mobile unit for a few years well last year while here on a home visit, something happened to my dog in that truck.she's not the same dog and she does not trust me. She does not trust Petwow anymore. I had to move her to a different vet. Because when I take her there, they have to sedate her to even examine her and I'm not doing that to her anymore She's 10 years old something happened. I don't know what because I wasn't there but my dogs actions prove that something happened to her she's generally a very sweet girl and she is not because of this she doesn't trust me anymore either so it's been difficult. Her personality change is very hard to accept. Anyway, I hope whatever happened to my dog doesn't happen to anyone else. Have a great day.

Cabinets, flooring, painting and countertops. Brian with Virgo did the cabinet piece, and provided crucial information regarding the flooring, countertops and painting. He helped with all the decisions that needed to be made, and coordinated with the other contractors to ensure that each part fell together seamlessly. I got 3 estimates for the total project, and ending up going with Brian to get the entire project complete. His estimate was in the middle as far as cost. From the 1st stage of demolition, to the last countertop being installed, Brian made sure that all the details were covered, and that the project moved along smoothly. He did quality cabinet work, and clearly took pride in all the work that was done. I could have gotten it all done for a little less money, but am confident that I paid a fair price. Many questions came up during the process, and Brian provided all the answers along the way. When issues came up, and they inevitably will, Brian took the time to get them resolved. I am very happy that I didn't go with the cheapest estimate, as I'm certain that I wouldn't have received the assistance that I got as the project progressed.
