When I called the telephone number they said they were a different company and had purchased the number from the Home Health Store. I have been deeply concerned that someone so far away has my Medicare ID number but now realize that they must be pulling those numbers out of the air. It was closed & there was a note in the door with the name of another business and a phone number. I called the number & an answering machine responded with no ability to speak to anyone. I left a message requesting a call back & so far, 5 days later, NO response. I later found out from a friend that the the business name on the note is many miles away near Willowbrook Methodist Hospital. More information on that note would have been very helpful. Have had great service and staff has been super helpful the few times we have gone in. I broke both ankles (each at different times) so have purchased several items to help at home as well as rented a wheelchair. Not the biggest inventory on hand and a you need to do research on prices (sometimes they match Amazon, some things are crazy expensive there), but for a small store they really do have more than you would expect and are always willing to order whatever you need. Will probably be over there in the next few weeks to replace cpap supplies if current company I'm using can't get their act together. Love the location, staff and useful items I have found there. I think they could probably do with a remodel or a few less scooters and lift chairs to make room for some other things, but I get that those are their big ticket items and probably the bread and butter for the store. read more
