The hours are very restrictive, and they don't seem to have a supply of my pain meds right now. They recommended a pharmacy about 45 minutes away from us. Lakeside is a true pharmacy, so very professional and friendly. The service is always amazing. Now that I have limited mobility, they just delivered a prescription to my home. While they may not have isles of sundries, they are the best pharmacy I can imagine. read more

I will be changing pharmacies. I'm not going to air out what they've done that made me change, but I am not happy with their practices.

If you have scripts you have to get every month, look no further. First of all, the customer care pales in comparison to any big chain location. I haven't had such amazing service at a pharmacy, not ever. They always have my scripts in stock and they're always quick to get them ready. I am having an insurance change and they took the time to go over everything with me and how it effects my scripts today. Cannot thank the staff there enough for all the awesome care they give! Haven't had one complaint yet! read more

The Pharmacists and Techs here are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC....if there was a 100 star rating that's what I'd give them!! We have been filling our families scripts here for a while now, and we're completely glad we ditched the "big retail chain pharmacies"!! We have never had any problems with them....everyone that works there ALWAYS has a contagious smile on their face, is very courteous, completely knowledgable, and your a name not a number to them(my favorite). They are by far the fastest Pharmacists we have ever used, 100% of our refills are filled and ready in less than 30 minutes. If they're short on the quantity or out of what you need they actually take the time to call you, let you know, and offer you some options(very rarely has this happened). Unlike the big chain "pharmacies" that don't tell you until you show up to pick up your script that isn't there. One of my scripts ISN'T covered by our insurance plan and their private pay prices are either lower or the same as any other pharmacy. They're smart phone app and web portal is super easy to use, convenient, 100% accurate, and lightening fast. I refill all our families scripts through it and they've always received it and filled it immediately. Do you and your family a favor and get rid of the big chain pharmacies and try Lakeside Pharmacy you'll be happy you did...WE ARE!!! read more

Service used to be way better. When Kim is there everything goes great, she is very knowledgeable and extremely customer service driven. But when she is not there......let's just say service leaves a lot to desire. In the last months or year they have change some of the personal and is not the same anymore. Love this place.. I had 2 sick grandbabies with me in the car, we had just left the pediatrician's office which was 5 min away from pharmacy. All their meds were filled within 15 min. We waited in the car and they even called me when it was time to go through the drive through. They go above and beyond and they truly care. I switched to Lakeside because Walmart screwed up my prescriptions, told me my scripts were ready and I got there and they didn't even have the insulin in stock, mishandled everything...and they didn't care....Lakeside,always goes above and beyond, once I called at the last minute for my insulin, I was out and all that they had in stock was spoken for and it would be the next day before the next shipment, they called their customers and one didn't need it immediately and so they called me to come get it and that customer got theirs the next day....I promise Walmart would NEVER take the time to give you that kind of customer service....Everytime I go in they make me feel at home and cared for...this is what you want in a pharmacy and the prices are extremely good....less than I was paying at Walmart... read more
