Food was only fair or tolerable (my fries still had some frozen, cod was over battered and burned on the bottom. The mixed drinks less then expected, old fashion was warm and the lemon aid cooler was watery. Restaurant manager was very good and made corrections where she could. Booked in last night 09/23 i specifically, asks for a bottom room because my son runs and stomps a…read morelot and she gave me a room on the 5th floor so she changed me to 145 , i dont know the girl in the Front desk from last night but she was to lazy to even actually check in the computer if there is more rooms available for the safety of my four year old the room 145 did not have a lock and the window would not shut completely they said there solid booked but if it's true why was my husband's employer's were able to get two rooms?. Today 09/24 front desk girl Vanessa said the same thing but didn't check the system as well. Waiting on the manager cause she gets here till 1 ill keep an update if they refund me like they said they will or fix the situation.
