I asked to have to the coleslaw side switched out for a Caesar salad. When the delivery driver showed up, I was told the total came to $40! I asked for a receipt, but they did not have one. Missing the ginger ale as well. The delivery driver did go back, and bring the receipt plus the drink. They didn't have ginger ale, so brought a 7up instead, which is fine. Except in a coffee cup, which is bout half of a bottle, still at full price though. So I asked how the total came to $40. "The price was $27, which gets rounded up to $30, and the delivery fee is $10." Ten dollars for the 3 block drive from the restaurant to the hotel. Crazy. And rounding up a price? What's that about? Also turns out they didn't switch out the side of coleslaw, but instead made an entire extra salad and charged me for it. No cutlery or napkins either. But the food was pretty good so I can't give them 1 star.
