Used to get pizza here often in the summer (we liked the crust), but after too many messed up orders, we'll not be back. A few times it was close enough that we decided it was not worth the fuss, but after five times this has happened, we've had enough (it's gotten to the point where we expect them to screw it up). This time they gave us a Buffalo Chicken Pizza instead of a Butter Chicken Pizza, which was far too spicy for us to even eat. I tried taking it back, but the waitress claimed it was a Butter Chicken even thought I showed her on the menu that the toppings were for a Buffalo Chicken not a Butter Chicken (apparently the waitress didn't know the difference between Buffalo and Butter Chicken Pizza). An honest mistake (even though I had clarified our order on the phone three times) and I get that staffing is difficult at the lake, but the right thing to do was give us what we paid for, especially after we proved that the screwup was on their end. Instead, they demanded we pay for an additional pizza! Ridiculous, especially after we had boated over specifically to pick it up. We've had attitude before when they gave us a Pep and Bacon instead of a Pep and Beef, and got short us when we pointed out the order was wrong. Enough. If this how they reward our regular patronage, they can do without it. We'll dine elsewhere. read more
