Joseph was also remarkably good at following up on details, and is a bit of a perfectionist in the best possible way. The company that was contracted to repair our gutters didn't do the job quite right in one corner, causing water to pour off the gutter when it rained. Even though he'd already been paid, Joseph didn't rest until the company came out again to do the job right, and on top of that he sent one of his men out to add some flashing in that corner as well. I recognize that the system will eventually need replacing, but to immediately recommend replacement by the first vendor is unsatisfactory.
