My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. The communication and care with which he operates is absolutely top notch! The service for my parents' home was for a full house deep clean that we requested. Hector came for a consultation and was willing to come an additional day when my mother would be available, should she have had additional questions. One of the first things he asked me, after seeing the house, was whether we wanted to downgrade to a detail cleaning to save money, before any pricing was discussed. He presented all three options and we still went with the full package for our needs, as it is quute reasonable. I was tempted to give him the approval on the spot. And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up.
