I have been using the Home Keepers for a few months now and, while they do a decent job, I am not sure that they are worth the extra $$$. They have a set list of things that they will do (like many cleaning companies) and you cannot deviate from it. Furthermore, they have, on occasion, left the patio door unlocked (again, to be fair, I am on the 7th floor) and lights on. However, once I told them this, they corrected the problem immediately. Also, I am not sure that they clean under couch cushions - I have found crumbs there after they were there. However, they are very friendly and responsive and I do like that they offer a "Top to Bottom" clean that I may use every few months. Also - they do not charge extra to use a credit car as some cleaning companies do. On the whole - they are as good as any other cleaning company (though a little more expensive). If you want to have specific things done, I guess that you would need to hire the person directly. read more

And my floors are so lovely that I hate to walk on them -- I keep following the dog to pick up any dog hairs that fall onto the shining-clean tile. This TOP-TO-BOTTOM house-cleaning from THE HOME KEEPERS was a birthday gift from my sister. To be honest, I wondered if my house really needed a professional cleaning. But there's absolutely no comparison between the Before and After. My house really does look and smell brand-new. And I was nervous about having someone else come into my house and handle all my delicate collectibles. But I neednt have worried. They were so careful with everything. I'm a believer! I absolutely love having the Home Keepers. I haven't had to do any cleaning at all since they started cleaning my house. With my previous house cleaner, I had to spend a week each year spring cleaning to get the places they missed. Home Keepers takes care of places I didn't know I had and I get that week back! They've been very responsive to a couple of requests, and especially scheduling. Their pricing is very reasonable given the quality and consistency they provide. I began using Home Keepers in April 2016. At the time, I did a top-down cleaning in a very large space with Home Keepers and another company with branches all over Texas. They cleaned separate areas and of the two, Home Keepers were WAY better (we actually sent the other company home early they were so bad). This house required a massive amount of cleaning as it hadn't been cleaned in a year more or less. Laura and Julie always accommodate my scheduling needs. I LOVE the Homekeepers!! They were right on time and very friendly. I had to stay in the home while they worked which has been a bit awkward in the past with other companies.
