A while back I had to have a receptionist call to apologize to me because she thought she had the line on hold but I was able to hear everything she was saying and she was talking s*it about me. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because MOST of the actual doctors are nice, although there's been a couple of those that have been SEVERELY incompetent as well. If you want to have a pediatrician for your child that will be there and available to see your child for more than 2 visits then go elsewhere. Same for adults who like to stick to the same doctor for more than a couple appointments. Dr Rung and Dr Hayden (Anderson) are GREAT! That's the only positive feedback I can give.

She didn't seem to care about my health problems, or why I came to the doctor. I visited her regarding a health issue, and an issue that my job had contributed, and I needed a doctor excuse for the previous days I missed before, because of illness , dr Kapadia was not able to see me, and I need extended days after she examined me, dr Capadeia response was I need to use my pto time, in which I didn't have enough at the time to use, dr Capodeia refused to sign me out of work for the extended days I needed . My manager on the job felt that if the doctor would not sign for my time out, then she wouldn't either. I was at retirement age and I was very stressed out over my health issues, the doctor decision not supporting me regarding my health issues, and the mistreatment of the manager. in which led me to do an early retirement, since I am 67 years old. I filed a legitimate complaint against my manager, which she has been dismissed from the company. I also notice in all of my diagnoses from dr Sheena Kapadia she never changed any of my diagnosis notes, she just printed out the same information each time, this went on for 1 year or more. I wanted to make a complaint about this dr Kapadia , but I kept giving her the benefit of doubt, that it would change, but it didn't it got worst. If I had any other medical complications that had occurred prior to my visit she wouldn't allow me to discuss it , she would tell me I had to make another appointment and discuss it then, so I would leave the office not knowing what to do and very extremely stressed out due to the visit I had with her. This complaint is longer , and it would take awhile for me to write it, but I know it had to be written before 2024. I am still having issues today, that dr Kapadia fell to listen to or diagnose. I was also informed by a staff member that she does better with her own cultural, and it is others patients having the same complaints as myself.. A nurse suggested to me , if I wanted to changed primary physician, without my request, I said yes since dr Kapadia did not care about my overall health . I don't recommend this physician

I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised the nurse was amazing and the doctor was thorough and didn't make me feel rushed or spoke in jargon making it impossible to understand! If anything you may get a stale attitude from someone if they're having a bad day but overall everyone seemed nice and welcoming.

I couldn't disagree more…read more I went to this office for severe hip pain caused by arthritis because he was recommended by my normal orthopedic physician. I couldn't be in more disagreement from some of the comments I saw. Here's a doctor that introduced himself when we met by saying "hi my name is Joe". What doctors do that? He examined me an prescribed a steroid injection that he was able to fit me the following day. How often does that happen? The injection was administered with the help of a staff of four friendly assistants. I'm pain free and couldn't be happier. I'm glad I went to Dr. Z and others with back and hip pain should seek him out!

My experience with this practice aligns with other recommendations. Dr. A is extremely knowledgeable in the chiropractic arts. He speaks through his manipulations to keep his patients informed and uses alternate techniques when required (as I needed with my neck).
