I rarely give 5 stars but that is honestly how I felt and still do about her integrity, knowledge, kind-heartedness, empathy ,and risk taking abilities and there is no doubt in my mind if she has all these qualities, then her husband must too and how...I mean how do they do it all with 3 children...Well, let them tell you and help you find what they have....Wait!!!! I'm not finished quite yet....so sorry.... but the next statement is true....I mean the first session I had with Ramona felt so comfortable (and that is so not me and I used to be in a lot of therapy years ago)..anyhow I felt so safe... I don't know... as if a guiding angel was in the room but I believe I was able to experience every range of emotions I have ever felt since birth in that two hour intake session. It was truly remarkable....And another great thing...If you absolutely have a fear of someone seeing you parked at a therapist's office (that is so duh)...I don't know if anyone could see you tucked back away from eyesight and the setting there feels so safe...I bet now you think "she's lying...it can't be that ALL THAT"...well,,,what can I say... it was FOR ME and what I learned there began the change that ultimately changed my life and someone right now right this very minute may need to know what I wanted to say.

This entire Hattiesburg Clinic of "doctors" has got to be the worst medical facility in existence…read more Total "we want your money" and nothing else. They could care less about the patient. It takes them 3 months to call you for an appt when you were referred to them by ONE OF THEIR OWN DOCTORS in the clinic. The front desk staff is rude in at least 3 of their clinics I have been to. They kept my $$ even though I never had the procedure done because once I read that it could make my symptoms worse, I declined to do the procedure. They kept my $$$ even though the procedure was not done. I will never ever ever ever go to them again, or refer anyone to them ever. That place needs to be shut down. I gave them 3 chances. -100 on all 3 of them. Stay away. Go ANYWHERE else.

Someone called (amber) from the doctors (Shwartz), office this morning and left a message on my…read morephone stating my appointment for the test scheduled for September 11, 2023, said insurance said they won't pay for that cause it is not medically necessary, the reason being they already paid for the same test that was done about 6 months earlier and the doctor determined base on the Brain MRI and Cognitive testing (asking questions,and remember them and words, etc.and have me draw/copy images, etc.), that I needed the prescription Aricept 10 mgs so he prescribed that for a whole year. She told me that the insurance would not pay for the modified test on the 11th. She said she had no record I was given a test and I told her well, I have the results right here. she said if I wanted to have the test it would cost $299.00 out of my pocket. I said it's the same test that was given to me already that they paid for already. so, she and I ended up hanging up, she was very rude, not very caring at all. SO cancelled all the appointments for that date 11th and 18th suppose to be a follow up for that test. a lot of "incompetence" going on. I spoke with the nurse (Jennifer J), and she was just as rude and very indifferent. MY suggestion is "DO NOT USE DR SCHWARTZ OR HIS STAFF"
