The parking is a bit odd and insufficient. It shares a drive with another business/house and a sign instructs not to block the drive which is adjoined by the shared space. Apparently there are 2 entrances to the building--one in the back and one in the front. Neither are marked which makes it confusing on which to use--minor issue. A big issue is that there is no reception desk. There are no signs or instruction for check in. And there was no one to greet me. I had to search for an open door in the back with a man inside on a computer to ask about reception. He said there was none and just asked who I came to see. He then instructed me to wait with another client who had previously informed me that she knew not what to do either. The MAJOR ISSUE was that while waiting I could very clearly hear an ongoing session with another client. The walls are paper thin. This is most unprofessional and if does not violate HIPAA it certainly is grossly unethical and disturbing to the protection of a client's privacy. After waiting for 10 minutes past my appointment time with no contact from the doctor I had heard enough and left. Privacy is paramount. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in a mental health or physician's office.

They may offer the best care but they won't have any endorsement from either me or my wife. So if this receptionist is the first thing you run into representing this business it'll turn a lot of patients off. The drs should think twice about who they have greeting existing or potential customers. They need to remember first impressions are important because you may not get a second chance. Business is tough enough without having your front person chasing of customers. Also apply the rule of 100 when you upset someone, they'll definitely tell others who in turn do the same. Hopefully this is learning business lesson in customer service 101
