To get myself out of the mess I forced / begged ex-employee to pay their debt through Hameroff to a car dealer. The second lawsuit was over a service provider who went bankrupt before finishing a project for me. My lawyer and Hameroffs team negotiated up till the last moment before reaching a settlement. I was pretty pissed off to pay anything as the job I hired out was only half finished, but my lawyer called it a win. Hameroff still got money from me - but it was less than half the initial amount.
