I was trying to setup online payments and people i spoke to in the office were not helpful. They also don't officially not accept bi-weekly payments, but don't cash the checks till the 1st so if you wanted to try and save on interest going that route, goodluck doing that will this company. Other than Trent, other people through the loan process were fine. I don't have another company to compare this to as this was my first complete experience through the process but I did have another broker our realtor recommended and we did get a chance to spend a little time with her. I must say I felt much better about that experience and it was unfortunate we could not process the transaction with her due limitations with the type of condo.
